Shipping and Returns Cost
– Shipping: FREE for UK shipping on all orders.
– Returns: We DO NOT offer free returns.
Return Window
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund. After this period, we can only offer store credit.
Refund Process
To initiate a return for a refund, please follow these steps:

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation that were included with the item.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Store Credit
If you initiate a return after the 15-day return window but within 30 days of delivery, we will issue you store credit instead of a refund.
